Located in the cultural district of western Kowloon, within walking distance of the M+ Museum (which recently opened its M+ cinema), the Hong Kong Palace Museum opened its doors to the public this Sunday.

The Hong Kong Palace Museum presents more than 900 priceless treasures from the Palace Museum.

Many of them are on display in Hong Kong for the first time, while others have never been shown to the public.

The museum regularly hosts special exhibitions on Chinese art and culture, as well as art and treasures from other parts of the world.
